It’s way too big (and no one would accuse me of having a small head lol) and doesn’t stay cold for very long. The holes don’t line up, if my eyes are in the eye holes, then my nose is pressed in at the very top of the nose hole, and my mouth is covered. If I pull it up as far as I can while still being able to see, my mouth is still covered. I have just an eye mask ice pack, which is the same as this with the gel beads and a fuzzy side and somehow that stays colder longer than this. I’ll probably return it and look for something better.

Lately I’ve had low grade fevers, not high enough for medical treatment, but uncomfortable here in the heat of Florida. I bought one of these to help cool myself down, and energize myself in the mornings when I can’t seem to get fully awake for a long time. I keep it in the freezer; it stays pliable. The cooling comfortableness of it is very relaxing and refreshing. I’ve had things like this before, but only for my eyes, and I like them, now having something for my whole face is really nice. It’s very good quality, fits well, and it is comfortable. I’ll keep buying as needed.

I bought this specifically to cold press for my wisdom teeth extraction and it helped a lot with the swelling. Does not last very long but it freezes again fast.

They could have styled it a bit, the Velcro is scratchy on my neck if not aligned properly, and the mask doesn’t get as cold as I’d like on the padded side, while the other side is a bit too cold, but does a better job reducing the swelling from sleep. I use the side that’s a bit too cold. Generally, a worthwhile product.
