First off, these capsules are a breeze to take. They’re easy to swallow, and thankfully, there’s no weird aftertaste or smell, which is a huge plus for me. What drew me in was the natural blend of ingredients like Alviolife and Andrographolides, not to mention the added Vitamin C. It’s reassuring to know I’m not putting any weird chemicals into my body.

This is a review of “BIGVITA Healthy Lungs+ | Vegan Gluten Free Dietary Lung Detox, Helps Clearing and Cleansing, Aims to Relieve Cough and be an Anti-Inflammatory Respiratory Pills, 60 Capsules”
These capsules have not funny taste or smell. They go down easily with some water. The ingredients listed promise some benefits; I haven’t been taking them long enough to say for sure if those claims are accurate, but I feel better.

I sometimes have breathing issues (nothing major and not from smoking) and thought this might be helpful. I just started taking them so it will take a little while to know for certain how effective they are. In the interim I can say that they are very easy to swallow (they are a somewhat small capsule that contains a yellow powder inside). As opposed to many such products this is produced in the US, though with imported ingredients (but as a US maker product testing/safety should be much better than if it were a product made elsewhere).
I will update this once I have a better idea of how well it works. Full disclosure: I received this free to test and use the criteria 1] would I be ok paying full price with this, and/or 2] would I be willing to pay full price for this after having used and tested it.

LOVE the packaging of this. It comes in a lovely glass bottle. I can barely taste it and I can get it down pretty smoothly.
Been taking these as a precaution because I know my lungs have never been too great. But be sure to consult your physician before taking new stuff.

Looking to boost your antioxidants? These will add to whatever other mix you’re taking. I’m a little confused by the product page, as one of the labels is shown as this containing 500mg of quercetin, while another label shown on the page does not. But the delivered product absolutely has the quercetin in it, so I’m guessing there was just an error in posting photos of labels to the product page. I’ll deduct a star for that inaccuracy, but otherwise am happy with the product.

This unfortunately is one of those things that I can only tell you that I will know in time. I have been using these for a few weeks and I can tell you a few things. Overall, I have not had any adverse side effects, I have no trouble swallowing the pills, and there is no odd flavor or aftertaste. As far as long-term effects, that remains to be seen. Right now, I have nothing but good things to say about this product and I hope I can update with more details soon.

My system needs all of the help it can get to mitigate or quiet chronic illness issues. I’ve taken the ingredients within this supplement separately, some at recommended higher doses, so was eager to see if the hefty price tag would have a noticable difference. Perhaps in the long run some of my suggested supps could be consolidated into usage of these capsules, but the value is still a bit lacking for my needs and budget. It’s tough to tell if usage has led to improvements. No remarkable ease of breathing or reduction in coughing. Due to this, I doubt I’d reorder.
I appreciate the capsules being easy enough to swallow and gentle on my bod. No notable negative reactions and simple to take a long with other meds. I appreciate having to potentially take less of single supplements, but wish this bottle yielded results for me.

This Bigvita Healthy Lungs supplement arrived in a brown glass bottle, with a inner safety seal. The label provides product information, ingredients, directions and company details. Lot number and expiration date are stamped on the bottle base. This supplement is made in the USA from imported ingredients.
This supplement includes a proprietary blend of ingredients; Boswellia serrata extract and Aegle marmelos extract, which are combined with Vitamin C, Folate, Quercetin, plus Andrographolide.
The medium size cellulose capsules are yellow in color and suggested dose is 2 caps per day. The bottle contains 60 capsules, so this is a 30 day supply. I had no difficulty swallowing the capsules and I experienced no adverse reaction of any kind from the supplement. I will continue to use the supplement and keep it on hand for general respiratory issues.
