I have been following Chris Kresser for more than a decade and I believe his in his philosophy and trust his recommendations. These are some of the best configured multivitamins I have seen. They include unique ingredients not normally seen in a common multivitamin. They cover a plethora of nutritional needs and have substantial amounts… enough to make a difference. You need to take 2 in AM and 2 in PM. That shows how they have substantial amounts. I can’t image coming up with all these balanced amounts on my own. I’m so glad Chris started a vitamin company.

I have been using these multivitamins for about a week and I like them for what they provide, but don’t like that you must take 4 of them a day ( 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening) to get the full amount that the bag claims you get. They are easy to swallow, and I feel they are providing me with good nutrients, but I just prefer to get those nutrients in a 1 a day vitamin. Having to take 4 of these a day makes them cost prohibitive. That is just my opinion on this product.

Edited: I did order a second batch to give these a fair try. I’ve attached a picture of some of the capsules.
It appears they have gone bad. These are stored in a dry, dark cabinet (not in bathroom but in a closet in the bedroom). Received my bottle of 120 capsules yesterday. Upon reading the fine print I realized that one daily serving is four capsules which amounts to $61.50 for one months supply. So for those of you who have not read the fine print here it is. That’s a bit steep for my budget. I have decided not to return this and will take it for the month. If I start to feel like it has made a positive difference in my overall health I’ll revise this review and give it a better rating but for price along this is more than what I am willing to pay per month.

Adapt Naturals Bio Avail Multi. The bag I received came safety sealed in a resealable pouch with an expiration date 18 months away. I appreciate that the pouch is compostable. The capsules are filled with a gray green powder, however over half of the capsules had started to turn red and the powder was starting to clump. I emailed the company to ask if it is safe to consume and they responded the same day claiming the ingredients sometimes do this depending on storage & humidity conditions etc. and that it is fine to consume. The list of ingredients is impressive so I am happy they confirmed the safety of the capsules’ contents. The customer service availability is also impressive.

These vitamins contain so many different types of different vitamins and minerals that most others do not contain. I am glad I switched to these so I would not have to take so many other types of vitamins and minerals. The cost is a little high but it is great quality.
