I have had eye patches in both a pouch like these and in a stack inside a plastic tub where each patch needs to be peeeld off one by one and they are easily torn. These are a much better way to package them. This particular eye patch is very similar to others, but does seem to be of good quality and it does help with the puffy eyes

Not a good brand for eve patches. Doesn’t work as well as others I’ve used

These come as a pair on a tray in each pouch, which helps keeps the serum evenly divided between the two pads. The notes on the box suggest storing in the fridge “for best results”. I’m sure that does help – cool compresses are helpful for reducing puffiness.
After a couple of uses (tried both chilled and room temperature), they do seem to reduce bags and puffiness, but so far haven’t noticed any change in the dark circles. It’s possible that with additional use I’ll see some improvement there, too.
