I’ve known of the amazing properties of Apricot seeds and their oil since 1993 when I learned of a long-lived,cancer-free civilization dwelling on the Himalayan plateau between China and Pakistan,whose dietary staple consists of apricot seeds!! Making refreshments out of crushed apricot seed dust and water has extended the life-span of the Hunza to the point were living to be 170 years-old is a common achievement!!
