if the price was better, it would be my favorite Methylfolate. Can dissolve without chewing. Small enough to swallow if I was in a hurry. Flavor was so good. It bothers me a bit that the container was oversized for the small amount of pills inside. I’ve never broken the bottle but Glass is a concern with my old hands.

I bought this product because I have a MTHFR gene mutation. After doing research on the condition I found out that I needed to take a methylfolate product which this is but also found out that the exact dosage was not known and that a person needs to start small and add as needed. I was initially going to order a product that has 15 mg of methylfolate but after reading the research on dosage I canceled that order and then found this product and I thought this would fit my needs a lot better. I can start small and increase if I feel it is necessary. So far I am only taking one a day and seeing how I do with that. I love the taste of them and wish I could take more just for the taste but I am starting slow. They dissolve easily too. And I think the fact that they dissolve in the mouth makes them more absorbable. These were just what I was looking for before I knew they existed so I am happy to have found them.

I found out I had a sever folate deficiency. My stomach is sensitive. I knew I wanted to stay as close to nature as possible with what I put into my body. I also didn’t want to hurt my stomach. I found this product and after 6 months of taking it, I had bloodwork done and it was confirmed I was back at a normal range of folate. This product tastes good, and doesn’t hurt my stomach. I highly recommend it!
