I not only did not get tired from taking these, but I did feel a mild energy boost, which makes these perfect to take in the morning before I head out to work. On the weekends, I take them a little later before I go for a walk or a run.

I feel that magnesium is necessary for good health. The gummy form is the easiest way to introduce this supplement to the body. As, I age I feel more aches and pains that I hope this will alleviate or soften the effects of growing old. I also take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take traditional medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night.
These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing. Additionally, I prefer supplements and vitamins made and manufactured in the USA, Canada and Europe.
