This is a nice oil blend you can use for traditional oil cleansing, where you massage into your skin and then wipe clean with a warm wet cloth-but it does not emulsify and rinse off on its own as the directions lead you to believe.
I followed them explicitly, and zero came off with the rinse. My face was left coated with oil-the makeup still there, just smeared around a bit.
I’ve done the traditional oil cleansing method with strait oil and a warm wet rag before. Ive lately been opting for ones that emulsify with water and rinse clean for sheer convenience (love DHC deep cleansing oil). This is not it. This HAS to be wiped off with a warm rag if not washed off with literal soap. I love oil cleansing but they need to change the label so it isn’t misleading as to the type of oil cleanser this is. And change the directions to an actual solution for cleansing it off. Nice oil blend though.

I have tried other face oils and they would burn my face or my eyes. This one did not at all. After a month a month of using including another face wash, my skin texture is so smooth and my pores are smaller. I will continue with this oil cleaner.

I have used a variety of brand of oil cleansers but this one does not effectively remove eye makeup. I always use an oil cleanser for eye make up so I don’t have to rub hard around sensitive skin around the eye. Like the consistency and smell but will not order again.

I’ve used this facial oil for several months and it’s worked very well for me. It’s clean, light, and refreshing. It’s qualities remind me of almond oil – it’s very moisturizing and a little goes a long way. I also like the subtle tingling I feel as I spread it across my skin and the glow it leaves behind.
I wouldn’t say that it’s necessarily a cleansing oil nor an oil that I would use as a replacement for a facial cleanser. I use it in two ways: 1) as a makeup remover because, as with most oils, it makes it easier to wipe away makeup prior to cleansing my face and 2) as an added moisturizer with my facial soap.
Lastly, I also like the container itself – it’s a pump and it makes it very easy to use the oil sparingly.
