These masks are best to relax our eyes. I used these masks for couple of times when I am in travel and in home and felt relaxed and comfortable. Good thing is we no need to microwave the mask to get the heat. We can use this mask anywhere and at any time. I tried while sleeping and traveling. I don’t see any odor from these masks and no irritation at all. We can even use while working in front of monitor as well, it won’t block the view. It is working for me to reduce the eye pain and need to try for more days to check about dark circles. All the masks are individually wrapped for hygiene, and it is easy to use. Good one.

I got these for my teenage son–he used them along with his roommates and they all enjoyed walking around with them on and having warm faces.
He demonstrated how to use them–you pull up the little loops from the center and twist each ear loop around–otherwise he says it sort of slides off. My son said it’s also slightly less hot this way because it isn’t touching your skin as closely. He reports that they feel like cloth and then heat up. It stays warm for about 45 minutes.
This seems soothing and like a fun sleepover activity. Also the little panda faces are very cute and apparently will fit you even if you are a big teenage boy.

The panda eye masks are super cute! I got this because of the design and also because it’s different than the other eye masks. This one doesn’t cover our eyes, and great to use during the day. My eyes got tired during the day too (not only at nighttime), and this mask came to the rescue! I can still do my work and chores while wearing this mask and look cute at the same time. 🙂
I am a big fan of self-heating masks, they are very practical, convenient, and most importantly, very relaxing. I am used to the heat, so don’t find them uncomfortable; and for this particular mask, the heat can last for 3-4 hours.

I love steam eye masks and have tried quite a few over the years, but this one stands out because it’s the first I’ve tried that actually lets you see! It has an adorable little panda design with open eye holes so that you can still work, see, or even just play on your phone while wearing it. Because of the holes at the eyes it’s of course not as effective as the full steam eye masks, but it has its time and place and I appreciate it for what it is. It heats up fairly quickly and while it doesn’t seem to get as note as other makes it’s still nice and soothing. The ear straps are the pop out fabric kind. They’re not the most comfortable but they’re not the worst either. I have sensitive skin and these masks do not cause any irritation. At roughly $1 per mask these are a great value!

Fun, but mellow. It doesn’t get super hot, but it is warm enough to feel a little relaxed. But, I usually want it directly for my eyes and tear ducts and that part is open. You can wear it while.walking around, so if that’s your purpose for this know it won’t work for that.

I was confused since the instructions on the package said to keep your eyes closed while wearing them. So I put a timer on for 30 minutes and relaxed with my eyes closed and mask on. It felt amazing. But the mask was still warm after that. So, went back online to read more instructions on the sales listing and saw you can wear it while working or doing other stuff, so you can basically keep your eyes open. So I put it back on, and the mask continued to be warm and feeling great on my face for at least another half hour. Loved being able to use this while doing something else too. It definitely feels like a spa for my eyes. Highly recommend!
Simplest –
I’ve been struggling with some dry eye and my optometrist had me do a variety of interventions. I’m supposed to use a heated compress at night and in the morning. The ones that I bought at first seemed too hot on my eyeballs, so I thought these would be better! Turns out, yes, that they are not too hot on my eyeballs, but the heat isn’t going where it needs to. The purpose of a hot compress with dry eye is to get the Meibomian glands on your eyelids to warm up and discharge more of their soothing oils. These masks aren’t going to do that. So, they’re not that useful for that purpose.
Before talking to my doctor, I tried them and found them goofy but useful. I was even able to put my glasses on over the eye mask so I could read while the heat soaked into my brow and around my eyes. It was a little uncomfortable because it pulled the edge of the eye holes close to my skin, which was irritating. They also come with a few sets of black plastic ovals that you can stick in the eye holes if you want less light (or to look more like a panda, I suppose.) The plastic ovals have 4 small pinholes.
It’s convenient to have a small heating pad available when I’m in bed. I think I’ll probably end up using these on my TMJ instead of my eyes, but I’ll finish up the whole box. 🙂

I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension the last week or so due to long, busy, stressful days and using this mask quickly put me in a different state of mind. I laid back, relaxed and just enjoyed the warm sensation around my eyes. The tensions started abating. I actually had trouble keeping my eyes open. I appreciate that these come in a box of 20 so I can use one whenever I feel headachey, tight or stressed. The first time I used a mask I was so relaxed that I didn’t notice the moisture for a bit. When I did take the mask off I immediately wanted to put it back on. So now I am mainly trying to use them before bed or when I am able to have some decent rest time. I am quite surprised as I have never been one to use any kind of eye mask but these are different than others I have used (years ago). I like that they are individually packaged so I can easily take a couple with me when traveling.
