The texture of this is a smooth cream and it absorbs fairly quickly. Unfortunately, I was only able to use it once. There’s a strong chemical smell and my eyes watered after applying.

This is an interesting eye cream. I haven’t tried one before that specifically mentions that the product should just be applied the area under the brow bone and below the eyes & avoiding the eyelids. I assume this is due to the ‘proprietary peptide complex’ and the purported effects including those on the muscles of facial expression underlying the skin. Although I do appreciate that the full list of ingredients is shown in the product description, it would have been nice to have some more information on the peptides. I have been using this quite sparingly and try to apply it carefully. Although this can be used am & pm, I prefer using it just in the morning as it does feel hydrating and it provides some firming and plumping of the eye area. It helps reduce the appearance of my crow’s feet and some of the lines under my eyes and helps me look more rested. But only temporarily, at least so far. I am also sure to apply over this sunscreen. My skin is dry and sensitive and this hasn’t caused any irritation. It is fairly thick and goes on easily and doesn’t leave an oily look or feel. The current price of $42.00 for only half of an ounce does seem very pricey. I have been using this for several weeks and so far haven’t noticed anything beyond the short-term results already mentioned. I will finish this tube, but I would need to see some permanent changes in order to consider purchasing this cream. It arrived nicely boxed and properly sealed.

As I’m getting older, I’m having to pay more attention to the area around my eyes. So, I’m always excited to try a new product that may give my eyes an extra boost. I work in a professional setting and really want my face to project wellness and energy.
I ordered and received MedPeel’s Professional Strength Age Reverse Multi-Correct Eye Cream. It arrived appropriately sealed and boxed and is in a .5 fluid ounce bottle with a small pump that allows dispensing just a little bit at a time. The texture is your typical smooth cream that smooths in fairly easily.
The active ingredient here is hyaluronic acid. This cream is designed to de-plump, moisturize, and hydrate the delicate skin around the eyes. The instructions state you can use 1-2 times daily. It is not to be used on the eyelids.
There’s no real scent to it and I don’t get any sort of sensation when I use it. MedPeel also recommends that you use SPF30+ with daytime use. As a matter of note, MedPeel products are never tested on animals; Paraben free, Non GMO, No Mineral Oil, Fragrance Free and Made in the USA.
All of this is great in theory, however, after several days of use I have to admit that ultimately I’m just disappointed with the results. I am seeing some de-plumping around the lower eye area. However, I’m also seeing little signs of redness and at least a couple slightly raw spots. There’s a slight improvement in fine lines under the eye area, though not a significant change in terms of moisturizing around the eye. So, I wouldn’t say there’s no positive benefit. I’m definitely seeing some – I suppose I was expecting better given the price point and described benefits. I’m pretty realistic. You’re not really going to “reverse” my age, but I was hoping to see more energized eyes.
The positive impact that I am seeing doesn’t last throughout my work day.
Ultimately, I’m just disappointed but definitely do see some benefits and it’s also important to note that this kind of product works differently for different people. I’m comfortable saying these are mid-range results and a 3-star rating makes sense to me. For me, a 5-star experience is for that product that completely wows me and will become part of my daily routine. A 4-star is a good product, possibly some weaknesses, that I would easily use again even if not in my regular rotation. A 3-star exists comfortably in the mid-range. It’s not bad. It’s not really good, or at least not for me. The odds are strong I won’t use it again and wouldn’t order it again. But, I see enough positives that I have to acknowledge it will likely work for some others. That’s where this exists.
While I didn’t get the results I’d hoped for, I did experience some de-plumping. Those with skin allergies or sensitive skin take note, I did experience a little redness and slight breakdown.

I really like this eye cream. It goes on smoothly and is not too thick. It soaks in quickly and the area around my eyes looks much smoother. Some eye creams can be irritating to the sensitive area around the eyes. MedPeel Eye Cream did not irritate the area around my eye at all. I think it is a very good value for the money too, as so many other brands are insanely expensive.

MedPeel is one of my most favorite lines of affordable high end skincare. For one thing, everything they make smells incredible. That matters when you’re putting the stuff on your face and have to smell it up close. I love the way this eye cream smells and feels. It’s lightweight, not greasy at all, soaks into my skin quickly and leaves the area around my eyes feeling soft and fresh. My crows feet have diminished over time and the bags under my eyes are basically gone. I’ve used the entire pump bottle up and plan on purchasing more. Great product.
I use this product as part of my own personal full skincare routine. Individual results could vary from person to person. Always remember to test new products in small areas until you’re sure of any reaction your skin may have to something new.
