I love the smell of this lotion and it is very hydrating for dry skin! I only use this on my hands so it lasts longer

Very disappointed that the repair cream is no longer the original wonderful thick creamy healing product that it used to be. There was a note on the item site that the packaging had changed but the product itself has also changed. The last 2 tubes I received were more like an oily lotion with a strange smell. Unfortunately it was just over a month from when I received them that I opened them so I’ve missed the return window. 👎

I love the Intensive Skin Therapy Skin Repair Cream with 5% Dimethicone that is pictured selling this product. What I got wasn’t that, but instead Skin Moisturizer with 1.5% Dimethicone. It is a totally different product, different packaging.
I submitted a return and they sent a replacement. Unfortunately, it was the same wrong product. Only on review did I realize the picture did not match the title. I am getting a refund, but I now have to return two deliveries to two different locations, Whole Foods for the first wrong delivery and UPS for the second.
If Medline Remedy has discontinued what I wanted then that is a shame. It was a terrific product, quickly absorbed, non-greasy, and excellent at renewing dry skin. And the orange vanilla scent was nice.
