  1. Keep Shopping –

    2 bars of soap and 2 net “loofah-like” pouches are included in the package. The soap has an herbal fragrance and is moisturizing. The pouches are extremely convenient in the shower since soap can be placed inside them for a more efficient cleaning experience. The pouches must be secured well because they do tend to open otherwise. Overall, we use them daily and definitely recommend them.

    Contrary to other reviews of this soap, I was not thrilled with it. The herbal scent is a bit odd, not exactly refreshing or pleasant. And as far as its function as a soap, it was not great. Almost no lather no matter how much I rubbed at the bar, and it almost stuck to my skin as I used it, not a smooth and pleasant feeling. And at a luxury price of $17 for two bars, no way would I recommend this.

    I like the gentleness of the soap. It has a clean, fresh scent that doesn’t linger. I have very sensitive skin and tried this with handwashing first. It did not leave my hands dry after use. I eventually began to use it in the shower and I love it.. It rinses well and doesn’t leave my skin dry. It’s mosquito season and I can feel the relief of the bites after showering.

    It has a rich and gentle lather, rinses easily and leaves skin feeling moist. I love the provided net bag, it helps to quickly make a foam and also gently exfoliates.

    It has a initially strong botanical aroma that dissipates quickly after you dry your hands. Sensitive noses in the house had no complaints. Kind of like walking into that health food store where they make the wheatgrass smoothies fresh. It lathers luxuriously, and washes and rinses off really well, with no lasting residue. Doesn’t strip too much oil from your skin and dry it out. A smaller rounded bar that feels nice in the hand, is easy to grab without dropping. Dries quickly and easily and doesn’t get gooey. Overall I recommend it, and am looking forward to starting the second bar.

    The first thing that caught my attention was the soap’s composition. Castile soap is renowned for its mild and eco-friendly formula, and this product stays true to that legacy. Made with natural herbal extracts, including mugwort, it provides a deeply cleansing experience without the harshness often found in conventional soaps. This makes it particularly suitable for those with sensitive or easily irritated skin.

    Using the soap with the included foaming net has been a game-changer. The net helps create a rich, luxurious lather, enhancing the soap’s efficacy and making it easier to apply evenly across the body and face. This combination not only ensures a thorough cleanse but also turns it into a pampering, spa-like experience right in my own bathroom.

    This set comes with 2 bars of soap and 2 soap bags. While the soap has a pleasant smell, I don’t know if the ingredient list is complete and correct – the first ingredient is red artemisia and then patchouli and lemongrass oil. These are all “scent” oils vs. oils used to make soap. For this reason, I cannot trust this product.

    This soap is not my favorite scent, has a strong scent of what I think is the patchouli that you can smell even when it’s still wrapped. It comes with two lathering nets, with a lot of instructions, but there aren’t any in English.

    I prefer the Varina brand soaps that you can also find on here, but I also am fine just spending a tenth of the amount on Dial or Irish Spring at the grocery store.
