    Not only serves as a breath mint but seems to have positive results with a caffeine boost. For long drives, I use to depend on energy drinks to stay alert. Which I stopped drinking to the numerous negative articles regarding energy drinks. I can honestly say, since using these energy mints. I haven’t experienced a single instance of drowsiness while driving.

    I have made over 35 purchases of the Arctic Mint flavored energy mints but the last batch I got were so bad! The difference in packaging (the yucky kind has the mint leaf in the lower right corner of the pouch) tells me that the formula has been changed. The news ones are very hard (dangerous to my teeth), do not have much taste and are basically ineffective. Please get rid of the “NEW” formula and bring back the previous formula! I have placed another order today and if they are the awful ones, I will not be purchasing again.

    I have been buying these mints for months now. I would have given 5 stars if they were still made the same. These mints were amazing and just the perfect quick energy boost I needed. They were soft and dissolved really quickly and worked fast. The last 2 packs I bought were tasteless, hard, and didn’t seem to work at all. I’m not sure if the ingredients were modified or if it was a bad batch. If you changed the formula please go back to the old one- this new one doesn’t help and if the next batch isn’t any better I’m going to be buying something else instead. I saw another review similar to this so I know I’m not the only one who noticed this horrible change in the product.

    As a diabetic who mostly drinks coffee for the caffeine boost, I am pleased to have these mints as an option. While sucralose & sorbitol are ingredients I like to keep to a minimum, the vitamins & decent taste are good trade offs & I don’t need 3 to get boosted. Thank you!

    The resealable seal on my bag broke so I was not able to re-close it. Both sides of the seal stayed on one side. The mints also seemed not very strong. I kept this in my car for long late night drives or early morning drives.

    The concept of these @gymgum Energy Mints is actually quite genius… at 20mg of caffeine (and only 15¢) a piece, you can dial in exactly how much oomf you need to start/continue/finish off your day! This Tropical Twist flavor isn’t quite as good as the Raspberry Rush, and has a slight chemically (or I guess, just a fake/candy pineapple/banana/mango) taste, but they’re still much more enjoyable than a similar flavored and far more expensive energy DRINK.
    Although it doesn’t actually say, considering it’s a “mint” it has no real calorie content to speak of, and is made without sugar (sweetened with sucralose).
    There’s a mint flavor too, and I would definitely order these again!

    like the packagimg says don’t eat more than the recommended amount per day(poop time) definitely has a strong smell when you open the bag and tastes a little chalky(but lots of supplements do)

    normally eat 3 before I leave work so I can do an hours worth of workouts before dinner, gives me just enough energy to power through!
