Very… natural. These seem substantial, nutritious, and definitely don’t have unhealthy filler (I’d prefer that they did). If I could get past the texture and flavor, these would be great. I find them a little goopy on the outside and too hard to chew. I spit my half out but my man seems to like them.

I think the bar was pretty good, depending on your definition of good. On some days I love gourmet food and I’ll go to Michelin star restaurants or spend hours on the stove myself. On other days I am just trying to hit my protein goals or stay alive so I manage my expectations accordingly. I tried the Space flavor.
– Texture: There was a bit of a stickiness to the outside of the box. It was delivered in heat, so it’s probably just vegetable oil that came out. The texture is a little chewy, a little dry because of the 20g protein, and there are little kernels in there that are crunchy that I did like.
– Flavor: As soon as I opened it there was a strong berry (blueberry?) smell. It tastes like berry basically. There is something artificial tasting in it.
I’m still giving it 4/5 stars because I think that the macros are good in this bar, and for just $3 a bar. If you want to get more protein into your diet, especially if you are going to the gym, this isn’t a bad idea. I think the gluten free is good if you are celiac. If you are the “live to eat” and not “eat to live” type of person then skip this bar.

One can’t fault the ingredients, which are stellar compared to most other bars, and then it is a matter of taste, which is personal, ymmv, different strokes for different folks, but seriously, these Space-flavored bars are amazing. It’s true they have an unusual/slightly indescribable texture (kind of like pop rocks a little), but they’re not as dry as say the peanut butter/chocolate bar or as oily as the vanilla almond bar, and the taste is just the right amount of sweetness, fruitiness and overall deliciousness. If this is what space tastes like, then beam me up, Scotty! All of this should be taken with a grain of electrolyte, though, as at the end of the day this is a protein bar and not a Hostess cupcake or even Rice Krispie treat: it is designed to provide a solid amount of protein with comparatively simple ingredients at a reasonable caloric density to supplement an otherwise balanced diet. If you find a protein bar that is as moist, tasty and fresh as grandma’s chocolate chip cookies, it’s probably too good to be true in some respect or else somebody would have done it by now. Meantime, give Space a try!

I’m a big snacker so I’ve really been looking for a protein bar to help me when I’m getting cravings but don’t want to eat unhealthy. These are delicious and nutritious. Great raspberry flavor, texture is satisfying. The bar is a little greasy but just hold onto it with the wrapper! A very satisfying treat. Definitely purchasing again!

I must have purchased a out seven of these boxes. So, I’m truly disappointed as I was patiently waiting for things to change . I thought that they were still “ironing out the kinks”. I thought it was a post pandemic slump. I tried to give the bars and the creators every excuse. ARE YOU ACTUALLY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS NEW FORMULA? (Not yelling ✌️😉) Here is some free advice, keep everything the same but get rid of the vegetable glycerin!! (and maybe switch to allulose?)
Look, everyone originally loved your company, because the bars tasted homemade and they represented smart eating. What happened? Did some sales rep from the your manufacturer say that vegetable glycerin is innocuous ? Seriously it’s not! (You’re not making hard candy, right? And sourcing matters when you use that unnatural stuff) I’m literally considering send this out to a lab have it tested and post the results here. 😉 (i.e it might be cold vegetable glycerin, but I doubt it’s purely vegetable. Glycerin is probably some crap/impurities in it that happens in so many cases ) (and People can adjust to the soluble fiber; but the glob of vegetable glycerin is something quite disproportionate, unnatural and contrary to the philosophy of your product. You deserve better than the manufacturer you’re using; please consider changing to a different one.

Tell your manufacturer that they’re confused/narcissisticly-Kool-Aid-drinking/lying to you about the glycerin and everyone’s complaining about the new chewy chewy nonsense. (I mean, let’s be honest, honest if you call several different manufacturers, you will have a long list of ways you can make your bars more solid/chewy/stale-tasting 😉 if that’s your thing. You don’t have to use glycerin is my point.)
Yes, I’m educated on the subject, I have advanced degrees, and I I’m slightly older / grouchier 😉. (fix this eventually please – that glob of vegetable glycerin is not digestible. I don’t care what natural substance that they’re telling you with sourced from, as far as the digestive systems of your customers are concerned – that glycerin is fake Frankenfood. No self-respecting Microbiome will digest that with ease. Ok 😉
Bottom line, you deserve an A+ and the highest ratings for making these bars so PLEASE change the formula (Back to its genius roots _ and keep only the upgrades that are valuable ) now and you’ll see the ratings follow. Don’t let overconfident manufacturing representatives steel your rightful legacy. Best wishes and thank you for the effort no matter the outcome.

I was looking for a protein bar that has decent/clean ingredients. Well, these check off that box BUT, the taste/flavor is not good, not sure what space is, but it’s not good. The texture is very strange. The worst part, they are a weird sticky consistency and thus stick to your teeth which make them hard to eat. One and done here.

Legit nutrition and quite tasty; NOT just an overpriced granola bar like so many others out there. And the company is fantastic with first rate customer service. I had an issue with my first order and a rep contacted me right away with an apology and a solution. Unfortunately, not many companies out there anymore who truly care about making a superior product and providing genuine customer service. But Atlas sure does! These bars are definitely now my go-to for work and play!
