Did not know it was a horrible sulphuric smell and would give me horrible burps. Took 1 dose and that was it. If you have acid reflux, GERD, or can’t handle sulphur smells keep going away from this supplement!

I used to use a major brand name’s NAC; however money is now currently an issue. So I went with Amazing Nutrition’s NAC. I lucked out! It’s definitely a good quality NAC. I’ve been taking NAC for over twenty years, so it’s fairly easy for me to tell.

I know NAC has a smell and if a strong smell means a fresher more potent product, well this one has to be at the top of the best list. Before buying this brand I bought another that I didn’t even notice a smell. But once I got this one I did some more research on it to make sure about the strong smell. Since NAC is supposed to have a pungent smell to it, some people say it literally stinks, I felt reassured about this product. It even has a strong taste to it as well, but I rather have something that will work and taste bad than a product that has no taste but doesn’t work.
I got NAC to help my immune system and with school back in it is going to be put to the test. The last couple of years every time my grandchildren got sick, so did I. They would get over it in a day or two, but I would stay sick for days. In fact, just this weekend they were sick so if I don’t come down sick in a few days, I will say, these are working. Will update.
Update: I did not come down sick this time. This was the first test of whether NAC is helping my immune system since I started taking it. For the last two school years, I have gotten sick every time my grandsons did.

Be mindful that this vitamin no matter what kind you get has an unpleasant odor that might bother some people do to what ever it is made from
My Dr recommend me to take it at a higher level then recommended so first I would follow your doctors recommendation
Second my stomach can’t handle it at that level so just beware of the facts before you buy it for the health benefits but other then that there was nothing wrong with the product it was a very well made vitamin

My pulmonologist put me on this and turmeric for my Copd and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the results. My bronchitis is gone for the first time in 2 years. First of all NAC is supposed to smell like rotten eggs so when you get this and open the bottle and the smell hits you, don’t worry. You didn’t get a “bad” batch and no there’s nothing wrong with it. Its a part of the nature process to smell bad.
Secondly this product does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It converts to Gluthone and help scavage free radicals, help detoxify the body of heavy metals and is great for the liver. It also aids in helping repair leaky gut. This is just the few benefits of NAC. It can cause an upset stomach if taken on sn empty stomach so take with food.
