This shake taste good and is easy to mix in a blender. I add a banana to cut down on the gritty taste. I have also noticed a positive effect on my hormones and mood which may be related to the high doses of Vitamin D. At first you may not feel full but keep it up and your body will get use the protein and will be able to last until lunch time.

This is a product I’ve used for years …and loved. I really loved it a lot. There has been anchange to the formula – it’s so as red and seems different tast wise. Initially it was perfect, now I just tolerate it. I wish I could have known so I could have stock piled the old formula…perhaps with enough disappointed customers they will go back to the old flavor! 🙂

I have used this product for years as a supplement to my diet and my active lifestyle. Unfortunately, it is not vegan so I had to stop using it. If your are not vegan I suggest you try Fruitein before other similar products.

I was surprised by the taste. I thought it would be chalky or leave a bad aftertaste. It doesn’t and I even mix it with my powdered vitamins which has an awful taste. It is fast and easy no need to add fruit.
I am almost ready to order again.

This product has changed from the previous formula. This shake leaves me extremely gassy and uncomfortable for the rest of the day.
I have used this Fruitein Red Exotic shake powder for at least 6 years, I had bought a few extra cans a few years back and been using it every day or every other day. I was finished with my last one and ordered this one, and it has been 2 weeks that every day I make my shake, I get bad gas and bloating for the rest of the day. I have not changed the lactose free milk I use, nor the ice. I freeze my own fruits that I add to the shake. I have tried different milk, different fruit even made ice from bottle water trying to find out why the bloating. The only ingredient that stayed the same was the shake powder. I even made a smoothie with all the same ingredients but no shake powder, and no gas or bloating.
This is a terrible formula and wish they would go back to how they used to make it. I will not buy any of the Fruitein again.
Another big difference, this will foam so much , while the old formula would not.
I am now I stuck with this can, it will end up in the trash. Very disappointed.
