Works well, seals up tight with no leaks. The wire mixer works well for powders, I can’t verify if it will actually make a smoothie (that’s what the blender is for).
If you need exact measurements, the opaque bottle makes it tricky to see the measurements, but for most this should be fine.
For my purposes, this is no better or worse than a blender bottle. Works great and I would order again.

This is by far the best shaker cup I have used. I have definitely noticed far less clumping in my protein shakes and smoothies after switching to this. The unique design of the shaker ball is a major improvement over other brands. This also comes with 2 different sized balls for different uses. Great product.

Couldn’t really capture the process but know that the outcome was very positive. No chunks! I only used half a banana the first time but I’ve done whole ones with protein powder since then and the tech is perfect. I think this shaker is so thoughtfully designed, especially the nose space. I don’t think I have ever noticed how awkward it is drinking the last few sips from a shaker bottle without that nose nook being included. Very clever.

I use this for my morning collagen drinks and was curious how much this “torpedo” would actually make a difference, but I admit I’m impressed. I purposely shook less than I typically do with my regular shaker bottle and so far with much less shaking my powder is completely mixed with no residue in the bottom of my cup, or clumps. The bottle has some cool features I didn’t even know I wanted in a shaker bottle. It has a hidden handle that lifts up for carrying and neatly tucks in out of the way making it completely fit in with the bottle, and the cover has a cut out that leaves room for your nose when sipping. First I thought, wow, big deal, but after drinking from the cup it really is more comfortable. Who knew this was a feature I would like until it is actually offered.
DKLM2 –
I make shakes every day with protein powder and collagen for joint health and to hit my protein macros for weight training, so shaker bottles are a daily thing for me. I’ve tried several brands, and I hate clumps in my shakes, so I was eager to try this one with its weighted whisk.
PROS: It comes with two separate whisks (see images) that do help break up powder clumps. The weight in the larger whisk does seem to give a smoother blend with less shaking. The top gets a good seal, no leaks so far when shaking or drinking, and I don’t panic if it tips over in the car. It has markings for ounces and milliliters, which would be great for precise measuring, but more about that below 👇. Color is as pictured, the carry handle is convenient, and the quality seems sturdy so far.
CONS: Even with the weighted double whisk feature, the results with solids and thick ingredients are not completely smooth. It does help though, and the blend is better than with standard whisk bottles–with very vigorous shaking. Despite the product claim of the weight letting you “shake smarter not harder,” the instructions even say to shake HARD, and naturally you’d have to when blending fruits or peanut butter.
My real issue with the bottle is that it’s completely opaque even held up to light, so the markings on the outside are less helpful for precise measuring and tracking. I’ve had other opaque bottles with a narrow window next to the markings so you could clearly see the fill level. With this one, if I want exact measurements I have to use a measuring cup first then transfer to the bottle. I didn’t need extra steps in my prep, so for ingredients with significant calories/carbs/fats, I just keep coming back to my OG Blender Bottle.
I use this bottle for coffee shakes with collagen powder, where I already know the measures and macros I’m adding.
BOTTOM LINE: Powders and protein do blend perfectly, anything thick or solid will take more work and still be a little less smooth. If it was semi see-through or had a window for filling, it would easily be a love instead of a like. Hope this helps.

This bottle is great! Comes with two whisk inserts, one with the weight in the middle as advertised and another without the weight. I assume the latter is to mix just powders. So far it’s been great. The cap locks in place and does not leak while shaking. I would have preferred the bottle to be a little more translucent in order to see the liquid volume, but if you hold up to the light, you can still see.

I use a lot of blender bottles. Up to five per day. And Hydra Cup and Blender Bottle are my two favorite brands. For Hydra Cup, I love the shape of the lid, that is has a carrying hook built into the lid and they have a little cut out for your nose to fit when you drink it so that you don’t have to tip the bottle to one side or the other side. I’ve never had a Hydra Cup leak either. This was a nice change of pace color for me and I am super happy with this purchase, as I have been with all of my Hydra Cup purchases. Highly Recommended.

This is a great shaker cup that features a legible graduation scale on the side as well as a double ended shaker spring set inside. The balls connect with a plastic screw base to hold them together. It works very well. The lid seals very tight so you should have no accidental spillage while shaking the bottle.
All of the components have weathered well in the dishwasher and I’ve had no issues with it.
I’d say this is a good quality cup that is a great deal!
