Okay. So I originally ordered the cherry flavor in hopes that it would taste like idk …. Those fruit punch juices? I was wrong. The cherry flavor is very medicinal-like and I HATE IT. I contacted Amazon support and they refunded me the $ so I could order a replacement. I decided to go with the watermelon flavor as I figured the grape would also be medicinal-like (I remembered medicine I used to take as a kid that was grape flavor, yuck). Let me tell you how I use this product to make it taste and easy to digest:
(1) I use sparkling soda or sparkling water to trick my brain into thinking I’m drinking a yummy soda (diet coke connoisseur here🙋🏻♀️). The flavors I have tried are strawberry lemonade sparkling soda and plain sparkling water. With the Cherry flavor I originally got of this product, it was too much with the strawberry lemonade sparkling soda but again, I was doing two tablespoons. I think trying one tablespoon earlier in the day and the other tablespoon in another cup of sparkling soda later in the day will help with the medicine-like flavor. So with the cherry flavor, the plain sparkling water was the best for me personally.
(2) I have decided to split the serving size into two. One tablespoon in one cup of sparkling soda during lunch and the other table spoon in another cup of sparkling soda during dinner. The watermelon flavor is quite delicious with plain sparkling water whether it’s one tablespoon or two though it can be too sweet for many so I advise doing one tablespoon per cup of sparkling soda/water.
That’s it! It desolves nicely in sparkling soda/water though I noticed that when I did the full serving size in one cup of sparkling soda/water, the carbonation of the soda kind of went away?? Like, the “sparkling” part of the soda just turned flat, like a soda that’s left open for too long or after all the ice is melted so again, I advise splitting the serving size into two to prevent this from happening if you really value the “sparkling” part of soda.
Overall, the watermelon flavor and sparkling soda/water technique combination is a 10/10 for me.

It’s almost impossible to get this down my throat. The first time I tried it, I made the mistake of trying to take a teaspoon of it directly. Horrifying. I spat it out and then mixed it with atleast a litre of water. The sweetness was still comparable to your average OJ (but a litre of OJ). So I tried to mask the sweetness – with vinegar. This actually worked sort of OK. The resulting drink was drinkable. I tried this for a few days until the vinegar began to irritate my stomach. So I tried adding it to smoothies – too sweet; liquid desserts (like boba tea made without any sugar – unpalatable (and I hated boba to begin with).
WHY?! WHY is there so much sweetness?! I honestly wouldn’t mind something that is the unsweetened version of this. I could dunk it into anything I eat – like pour 2tbsp of it into my thai curry, my smoothie, a glass of water or a milkshake. I need to consume hydrolyzed protein to keep my protein intake passable (food sources don’t nearly give me that much). But the cloying, overwhelming sweetness of this is SUCH a drawback and makes me retch at the thought of taking it

I got this for my special needs daughter. She’s not eating well and needs more protein intake. She drinks it easily and it’s helping her gain weight. I told her doctor about it, he approved and recommended more than I was giving her. Thanks!

I first ordered the Pina Colada and yes is had a pretty nasty smell BUT mixed it with some club soda, it was quite delicious. It leans in heavier to the coconut but over all has a great flavor. 2 days later, decided to give the watermelon a try a found that to be quite tasty as well
All that to say that yes, neither smell nice and both do have a clear vitaminy taste but it didn’t bother me and would be easily hidden if you mixed it into a juice or other flavored drink mix.
All in, I’m totally delighted and am looking forward to trying the Lemonade when it’s back in stock

I like that it is pre-prepared and in liquid form. I like that it dissolves very smoothly into a glass of water. I like the nutritional factor and it’s ease of use.
I dislike the strong medicinal taste that is left behind after drinking the solution. It could be that this may only apply to the Strawberry Banana flavoring rather than it being universal to the product.

I like the taste. It doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste. It is sweet and consistency of honey. I like it in about 14 oz of very cold water. No bellyache after drinking, so I think this is going to be a protein that I can take longterm as I don’t get enough in my diet.

I love that this is a liquid. I will take it as a shot or sometimes add it to my water. Either way, it tastes great. My skink and hair are improving and I feel like it’s become an important part of my weightloss journey.
