I am a new user of this brand of shilajit and it works great. The only problem with the resin for me was the smell, it was just gross. But I will use lemon or honey water with shilajit! Have to tell you, that I took it years ago, and sort-of “forgot” about it. Recently, I remembered, and have been trying different types, from various companies.
THIS Shilajit tastes like I remember. I make it easy to have it dissolve, by getting some on one of the little wooden paddle scoops that they send with it, or by putting it on my spoon, while the coffee is brewing from a Keurig. By the time it is finished, the wooden scoop, OR my spoon, has the Shilajit dissolved from it.
The little wooden paddle scoop just floats to the top. I rinse it, and put it away for another day. If I use a spoon, all I need to do is stir the coffee a bit, and the spoon is ready to rinse.
It seems to have stopped my terrible hair loss, gives me lots of sustained energy, and my nails and skin are looking better.
Yes, it tastes “odd”, but all Shilajit does. Full of lots of essential minerals, and a little bit is all you need every day.
