I discovered the incredible benefits of Magnesium about 7 years ago. I was making magnesium bicarbonate water from a recipe using milk of magnesia and club soda. It definitely helped but over time I got away from the hassle of making it all the time. I also bought the digital version of The Magnesium Miracle by Carolyn Dean on Amazon as I was impressed with the results of magnesium therapy that I wanted to learn more. As I mentioned earlier there are 2-3 companies that make almost the ratio in this formula which would you be able to find on Amazon Dr’s Best & Nutrimedical & NutraGeneRx. But neither of them uses DRcaps.
Full disclosure I’m not a patent fan But I’m all for technology and the coating on the DR CAPS works for me up to 3 days.
I know this because I get very bad spasms and my mood changes sometimes when I forget to get this on a regular basis And on the third day I’m like a volcano ready to blow up..!
So why would I buy this brand..? Consistency, Cogency, Customer Service and Size are why I use this company..!
If you ever have any issues their customer service is always available,(Obviously during normal human hours not when you have your panic attack late at night this is not a therapy number) they’re very forthright and very easy to talk to, and they don’t make you feel DUMB which is really important when it comes to the dearth of information in the supplement industry.
In retrospect the type of magnesium they use in my opinion is better, They incorporate a dipeptide which is two amino acids rather than one mirrored of an amino acid. Yes I know Glysinate BisGlycinate Lysyl & so forth can be made but you have to remember we are buying the product not manufacturing it..!
We want it to get the job done at modest price with superior ingredients. So if thats your goal then I’d say Cautiously but always optimistic that this may be the one that you can consider.
One last note of efficacy this magnesium isn’t going to just start working overnight it takes at least a week Depending on body metabolism and digestiveness and a myriad of other factors of how and when it’s consumed So give the bottle a chance ..!

Normally this is the best product on the market but this last expensive giant bottle had 25% of the product missing from the capsules.
There doesn’t seem to be any return option for this product so I would like the seller to send me a fresh bottle.
