Overall this seems to be a good quality supplement. Taking 2 at a time works better for me personally. All the ingredients are very good for adrenal fatigue.

This is probably going to be a long review so bear with me. I’ve had stubborn belly fat all my life. No amount of exercise or dieting could touch “the pooch.” So one day I stumbled across this article that said stubborn belly fat can often be directly linked to Cortisol (the stress hormone). I didn’t want to take diet pills or anything so I started looking into natural supplements that could lower cortisol levels. That pesky cortisol was also apparently the reason why I was eating so much. I thought I just liked food. Go figure. I came across these and thought what the heck. I’ve been taking them for 2 days now. Here’s what happened. The first pill I took hit me about an hour after I took it. I was CHILL to the point that I almost had a panic attack. I’m a pretty laid-back, go-with-the-flow type person so I’ve never thought that I had chronic anxiety until I took that first pill and that anxiety left me faster than Taco Bell can empty your bowels. Turns out, I was living my entire life in fight or flight mode, so when that first pill hit, I was having an existential crisis about whether or not I would be able to defend myself in an actual emergency. Basically, I was higher than a Georgia pine while still having my whits about me…if that makes sense. After about an hour of my zen anxiety attack, everything leveled out and I started to feel good again. The more the day went on, the more I felt like myself, just without the racing heartbeat of a cracked out jackrabbit. That night, I took one more before bed and didn’t move the entire night. I think I contracted bedsores from the rock-like sleep I got. Today was day 2 on these supplements and I can say that I haven’t had another episode like that initial identity crisis. In fact, even in a pseudo-emergency (someone walking slowly past my house) I was able to preform my emergency-preparedness checklist in a calm manner. AND as soon as the pseudo-emergency was over, it left my brain and I didn’t have to think about whether or not that person was trying to murder me in my sleep for the following 3 days. Truly freeing. Anyway, that’s my overshare for the day. I hope it helps someone make an informed decision about whether or not these pills are right for you.

I used the product because I have a tendency to take pre workouts before going to the gym and after doing some research I realized that the fact that I was consuming to much of it(preworkout) made me feel tired all the the time and this is when adrenal support cross my way.
I cannot be any happier that I have tried this product.

Taking this instead of getting proper sleep and destressing down time. I don’t recommend this use, but if you too are burning the candle (who made that phrase, let’s be real… it’s more like quarter stick) at both ends, and coffee is not enough for you, then try this. It might make you last just a little longer before melting into a pile of worn out exhaustion. It also contains Holy Basil so that’s pretty much like going to church only with out all that sitting still stuff. Plus I’m told it’s good for your immune system. Who knows. I haven’t slept in a while.

This is a new product line for me so my recommendation is limited. However I can say after doing some research about my aging health and the importance aspects of adrenal support… I goggled for retailers. Among the links was a product called “Adrenal Support” from Amazon. I merely click in the link… read the information. I must confess – it was the price that got my attention. Very affordable. I compared it to other like products but in the end, I added PurePremium Adrenal Support to my shopping cart. The product arrived in a nice tamperproof box/bottle. The directions are simple 1 capsule a day with a meal. I take it with my midday meal. I’ve been on it for a week. The research states that it will take 2-3 weeks of continued use before I notice results. I plan to post those at another time. Otherwise for the product, the price is right.

Had to quit taking. Must be something in your product that I am allergic too. I tried it for 1 week but had to stop as it made my skin itch. As soon as I stopped the itching stopped.
