I ordered these for my teenager. She can be so unbelievably moody and I thought this would help. It seems to because she now wants to hang out and interact with me a little anyway. Yay! She says she likes taking it because it helps her not be so moody and kind of just lets things go that used to upset her. She used to sit in her room and her phone like other teenagers, but now she comes outside and helps with chores, plays with the dogs, etc. I don’t know if it’s the vitamins she’s now getting or just a switched flipped, but I’ll take it either way. It’s an amazing change. The capsule is relatively small and easy to swallow with just a sip of water. It is loaded full of vitamins and minerals which makes me feel good she’s getting what she needs. I think the cost is reasonable for a two month supply. I am happy that she is happy.
