As a cancer patient this supplement has much of what I need in one dose rather than 20 bottles of individual supplements, so that is great! But why is there iron and calcium together? Smh

I really did my homework in seeking an optimum vitamin that was natural with a good range of DV of nutrients and so far very pleased with results. Its been 1 week and I have noticed improvement in my energy level and overall well-being.
Only need to take once a day. Capsules seem on the larger side- but its a multi vitamin! Alot of vitamins packed in there! Makes sense to me! Not an issue taking down.
I take the daily dose midday with my meal and so far no no digestive issues which I am very sensitive to with vitamins.
I highly recommend this multi!

I got sick after transporting a friend’s elderly mother from the doctor to the hospital to get a COVID test and chest x-ray. I have asthma so it’s hard for me to fight off respiratory infections. I blasted my body with vitamins and supplements after exposure and was well in less than a week. I also got a COVID test several days later (Negative – Thank God). One can’t keep a strong immunity or build one’s immunity if one has vitamin deficiencies. It’s hard to find a multivitamin that doesn’t have magnesium stearate or other fillers and additives and organic supplements almost always have sunflower oil and/or lecithin and I’m allergic to sunflowers. So far, I’m loving my BioSchwartz supplements…I have several and highly recommend them.

I changed my diet to vegan/plant-based in January of this year. In researching, I learned the vitamins I will need and I found one and really likèd it abd the citrus taste. However, I also had to take a multivitamin with it and it was costly. I then purchased these and omega 3 pills but still didn’t have all the vitamins I needed and it was costly. I do recommend this product. I just needed more.
