First of all I LOVE the flavour of the immunity spray. The cinnamon toast flavour works amazing when added to your drink of choice (coffee, tea, and beyond). The bottle is portable – I keep one in my bag and one on my kitchen counter so whenever I need an immunity boost, it’s there. I’ve been taking it every day over the last 3 weeks and notice a huge difference in my overall feeling of vitality and my energy.

BOTH Pumps did not work at all. One that I screwed open had a solidified build up at the top as well, as if it was old, maybe?
However, I don’t think these items have a long shelf life. Received in April 24 and expires in August 24.
I have bought these products at a store in person before, not online, and they were great!

Daily energy? Yes, please! I love that Super Mush is made with cordyceps, lion’s manes, elderflower, and green tea because I believe these ingredients have a variety of health benefits and I’ve taken all but elderflower in the past. Unfortunately, this combination (or dose) doesn’t give me the pick-me-up I expected. In fact, I haven’t noticed an increase in focus, stamina, or alertness.
The directions advise spraying Super Mush on your tongue 4x before swallowing, and doing this up to 3 times a day.
Shudder! I think the taste is terrible! I do it anyhow and see if anything happens. Nada, nope, nothing. I’ve tried it under my tongue as well (hoping for less taste and better absorption) but that hasn’t worked either.
Prior to using Super Mush, I’ve taken lion’s mane capsules, cordyceps tinctures, and I drink green tea AND take green tea capsules when in need of more “go” power. I believe my body is simply used to the higher dose of each ingredient and that’s why I feel no effect. It’s a real bummer because it would be far more convenient for me to get the same effect with a dose of spray rather than swallowing multiple capsules. If I were aware of any positive effect on me I’d continue to use Super Mush despite the awful flavor.
The proprietary blend and all organic ingredients are exciting and I think this is a quality product, but it doesn’t work for me.

Pretty nifty and convenient spray to bring with you on the go. Its packed with good yummies to help your immune system. The taste isn’t so bad, a bit on the earthy side and the cinnamon kick really helps. A spray a few times a day really does help. I haven’t gotten sick at all this winter so I’d like to think that it helped somewhat. Love the packaging, it looks super retro and fun. It almost feels like magic mushrooms at first glance, but haha, its really just regular mushrooms.
