I’ve had issues with my gallbladder for years. As most know, the gallbladder lies directly beneath the liver and literally butts up against it. If your gallbladder is inflamed, it stands to reason your liver could be as well. I purchased these as a protective preventative. I want to keep my liver as healthy as possible, as it’s so important to our health. I’m not a big drinker at all, so that wasn’t really a factor for me.
I’m on my second bottle of these capsules. I noticed when I first started them, my face and back broke out terribly. As a nurse, I knew it was my body detoxifying. Now my skin is looking as good as it has in quite some time. I take two capsules daily, one with lunch and one with dinner. With the exception of some minor acid reflux (which I had prior to taking these pills), my digestive system seems to be functioning better than usual. I’ve genuinely wondered if these are helping my gallbladder health as well.
While I haven’t had any blood work done, based on the lack of right upper quadrant pain I’ve had for the past couple months, I’d guess everything is within normal limits.
I love that these capsules are organic and vegan. I love that there aren’t artificial colors or “natural” flavors. I love that there is no magnesium stearate in the capsule shell. And I love that dandelion is included as well…milk thistle and dandelion work in perfect harmony to heal any damage done to our livers through every day living.
They do have a mild scent and a very mild taste, but nothing that should dissuade you from purchasing these if you’re looking to protect your body’s filter.

I have been buying these for almost two years now. Today and new bottle was delivered and I was disappointed to find a completely different looking capsule than what I’ve had before. The capsule is much smaller and the product is much darker. There’s nothing on the packaging that shows where they made any changes. I compared my old bottle to the new bottle and everything is exactly the same, except for what’s inside. Do to the lack of transparency, I’ll be ordering from another company from now on. I really loved the product prior to this bottle.
Also, I’m not saying the product is bad, I’m just saying it’s different than what they’ve been sending me for the last two years.

I have been taking this supplement for a few months. My blood liver values were sky high for about a year. A friend recommended a Milk Thistle supplement to help the liver to heal itself. After a little research I decided to give it a try. I found this brand on Amazon and ordered it. The pills are normal size capsules, easy to swallow, only two at a time, they don’t taste funny and there is no after taste or side affects that I noticed. After 90 days I had my blood drawn again and my liver values were perfect. My Dr. said “ keep doing what you’re doing”!! I will continue to keep this as one of my trusted supplements as it actually works.

I bought my first bottle about 3 weeks ago and so far, have been very satisfied with the product. I find I do feel better since taking the milk thistle and dandelion. I am not familiar with the company- ,WiseCeutical – but I checked all ingredients before I bought from them, and they seem to be good, clean ingredients. If all continues as well as the first 3 weeks, I will definitely recommend this product.
