We’ve been using these for quite a while now and we’re quite pleased with the results, specifically when it comes to nail strength and growth. It’s to the point now where I find my nails are too long even after 2 weeks. And they certainly no longer feel brittle like they used to.
They taste great, having that great combination of orange citrus flavor. Rather than a gummy bear texture, they’re closer to an older gummy snack that looked like sharks. So think thicker and not as chewy.
My only downside to these are the fact that they’re loading these ingredients into a proprietary blend. So while it’s true that it has all these awesome ingredients, you don’t know how much of each you’re getting. Therefore, I can’t give this 5 stars as I don’t know how much value I’m actually getting compared to the price.

These gummies are produced in the USA and under GMP control. I would not choose something like this from China. It will take a month to determine if they have a positive effect on my hair, skin and nails. At this point, I will note that I like the flavor – I couldn’t exactly place it . . . I thought maybe mixed berries. But when I checked it is a citrus blend – very tasty. The flavor is important because, if it tastes good, I will be more diligent about taking them every day. The Wild Chaga mushroom and Astaxathin are considered to be effective have properties of anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer. Lutein is an anti-oxidant that supports good eye health. It is possible to purchase a month’s supply of Lutein/astaxathin and one of Wild Chaga for less than the cost of a month’s supply of Auri BUT I am not sure I will make certain to take them every day. The flavor calls me back!

I just finished my bag of Super Mushroom Gummies and I got to say that my nails do seem to be stronger and healthier looking. Placebo? Maybe, but regardless they’re jammed packed with a super healthy blend of mushrooms.
As far as the taste, to me they taste like creamy orange sherbet ice cream, they’re really tasty! I don’t taste any mushrooms, so for you shroom haters out there that want the benefits of shrooms but don’t want to taste them, these gummies are for you. Also, these gummies are the type that almost melt in your mouth, they’re not like your traditional “gummy worms” (this is a big positive in my opinion).
They’re kind of pricey but I think they’re worth it. I give them 5/5 stars.
