I’ve taken this product off and on for a couple of years. I take it when I know stressful times are coming up – such as selling a house, moving, etc. or I have a tight deadline. It has been especially helpful (AND hard to find!) through the virus scare and quarantine, and now with the cultural upheaval in the news everyday. Doesn’t ever make me sleepy as so many such products can – just takes the “edge” off and I feel relaxed and calm. And I haven’t had any kind of side effects. Great product for me.

This really does work. Relieve stress and anxiety. I like that it helps me cut down on having to take a prescription med for stress. I usually only use it in the evenings or for sleep because with me, it makes me a bit drowsy. But my neighbor takes it night and day without drowsiness. She’s the one who discovered this supplement. She found it at a natural grocer here in town. She liked it so much she brought me a bottle. Nice to see it’s here on amazon. I wish it was available on auto-ship for a lower price. This is my 3rd bottle. It’s pricey so I wouldn’t be buying it if it didn’t work! Other supplements from this brand are great also. I just ordered the one they have for liver support. I’m excited to try it:)

This is a very effective natural product I am using it every morning and I find that it has a calming effect and I feel the difference in my daily calming effects. I worry too much and I feel the difference if I forget to take it. I highly recommend it.

My roommate had recommended this product for me as it is something he uses for stress. He told me usually 15 min or so after taking one, his stress goes away. I looked up the reviews online and was excited to see the high ratings so I ordered a bottle. I started on his capsules while I waited for mine to arrive. I weigh 100 lbs and take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach (I generally have a very sensitive stomach and have ZERO issues with these). It took a solid 5 days before I saw any results but OH MY GOSH! Suddenly, all the little nuances of daily life that used to weigh on me just didn’t matter. I was CALM, collected, unaffected by stressful scenarios. Thanksgiving holiday was a huge testament. As I sat with family, I identified the conversations that would normally irritate me but I just gave no cares. I was happy to be with family and none of the trivial things mattered. ALSO – the customer service at Host Defense is great! I called them with a question and Amanda was so great to email over the additional information I was looking for that I could not find on amazon or their Fungi Perfecti website. I am absolutely a customer for life with Stress Decompress capsules.

I am a very sensitive person which might be a reason to be easier to get stress and depression. I tried so many ways including acupuncture and Chinese herb medicine, my physical and mental symptom were in the low point of my life (I can’t even drive since my brain was so mess up so that I was not sure I could recognize traffic light meaning sometimes. Also I lost my memory occasionally) even my physical report is near perfect. Due to my sensitive body, I could fell the efficiency of supplements either good or bad in short period of time from different supplements. I tried Hot Defense – “supports stress and fatigue reduction” – earlier which already took care most of my problems. But I would like to explore “Stress Decompress” whose review is even better than “supports stress and fatigue reduction”. I felt huge different in 30 minutes after my first capsule (only one capsule, not two as its suggestion). It brings me energy and calm mood instantly and naturally. Unlike some other products coming with side effect and unnatural feeling (like repress my depression & emotion) as my other trying. Usually I don’t give 5 stars to most of the product I tried. And I couldn’t help to give it the best and outstanding review from my personal experience.
