This is my third order of this Omega 3 fish oil pill. Though the pill is large, I have had no problem swallowing. Make sure to take with water. Also, I have had no problem with fishy after taste. I picked this one because it has the amount of oils I was looking for, by my doctor’s advice, and the price is very good compared to other similar pills.

When I first started taking fish oil years ago, it was just to help lower my triglycerides. Later on, after doing more research, I found that fish oil has multiple benefits in life, some of which improves your daily brain functions.
This product has higher amounts of EPA and DHA than other products. Serving size is two a day. I personally take one but you need to find your own balance. Be careful not to take too much fish oil daily as you will start to feel funny (dizzy, forgetful) due to vitamin A overload.
This fish oil is made with only anchovy verses other fish oil pills often include: anchovy, herring, mackerel, sardine and soy products.
Another plus is no fishy aftertaste or fish burps! This is just my outlook on this product and I hope it helps.

The capsules are huge. Not sure about the quality of this brand although I fid check out the reviews before buying. They get stuck in my throat and I always get indigestion and odd tasting burps after I take one. Next time I’m going to stick with a brand that I trust.

I looked around everywhere in the description of these and didn’t see they were burpless. Well, they are definitely burpless! I take mine in the evening before bed and I have had no problems. The gelcaps are on the larger side, so you may have to take one at a time. Keep in mind since they are gel based, the summer heat will cause them to get sticky. Once they’ve cooled down, you should be able to shake the bottle and loosen up the stuck together pills. These are great high quality supplements, I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a low cost great working Omega 3.
Best Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills, are honestly the best I have tried and I plan on sticking with them.
5/2023 Update: These are still my go to Omega 3 gelcaps. Their lemon taste is great so there is no hint of fish when you open the bottle or when you pop them in your mouth and swallow them right away. My lab work has also improved significantly since beginning to take them. I’ve also noticed that I have less fluid retention in my lower extremities than I used to. I can’t attest to the memory/mental health benefits because that’s not something I was paying attention to. If you’re on the fence about purchasing these, I encourage you to buy them. They’re actually better than the more expensive brand I used to purchase.
