Everything about this supplement is awesome–from the beef source to the capsule! Clean ingredients are so important. I have been taking freeze dried beef liver capsules and doing castor oil packs for a year and love how I have felt. I’m in my forties and looking to support my hormones and this is definitely the way to go! I winced when I saw that I needed to swallow 3 of these capsules a day because like the liver capsules, there is definitely an odor but I’m allowing myself to chase it down with juice an it’s fine. Very happy to have found this product.

And, no beef liver in this or I wouldn’t be able to get them down. Haven’t noticed any difference so far, but am only taking two caps a day. The other general organ things I’ve seen say to do 6 and these only have a daily dose of 3. For that I’m willing to try them, but I always start slow to see how things react. So far no negatives. Will know more when I finish the bottle and stop for a week or so to see if I notice a difference.

After taking the supplement as directed (3 capsules per serving), I didn’t notice any positive effects on energy or hormonal health, which were my primary reasons for purchasing. The cost of $2 per serving seems steep considering the lack of noticeable benefits.
What concerns me more, however, is the lack of transparency. There’s no third-party lab test certificate posted, and no indication of which facility manufactured this supplement.
