This digestive enzyme works the best for me. I have tried about 3 or 4 others to try to save money, but the others did not work as well for me. I keep coming back to this brand.
I think it works better than others I’ve tried, for digesting protein and fats especially. It’s definitely worth the slightly higher price.

I was really looking forward to this product because I have such a hard time going to the bathroom it makes my quality of life drop a bit. I was so excited for this hoping it would actually help me but it made it so much worse. I was constipated for about 5 days and this was with taking these during my meals and I was taking laxatives multiple times and I still couldn’t go. So disappointing, I hope it works for others but it did not do anything but make it worse for me.
