I wanted a multi vitamin to take to be healthy after having a babe, but this vitamin kept my breast fed baby up all night. Not sure why or what specific ingredient made that happen but I would not recommend if you’re breast feeding.

Very easy on the stomach, and the capsule is made of vegetable cellulose.
