I don’t intend to take the full dose (I have a history of kidney stones). Before I opened the product, I took note of the production and expiration dates (all very good).
I found the taste pleasant, so no need to mix it with juice or water for me.

I am immunocompromised and take this to boost my immunity. It is better absorbed than pill-form supplements. Removed one star because the dropper is awful. It says to use 40 drops, which is the equivalent of a full dropper, but it’s very difficult to fill the dropper more than 1/4 of the way. Not the end of the world, but a minor irritation that could be easily fixed.
