All very subtle but I noticed the underlying exhaustion that I always seemed to have, has been reduced, with the flip side of getting tired earlier, but I find the sleep is more restful and I seem to be able to just relax in day to day life better too.

Not sure if it is natural or if it is the supplement….. Been using it six months and it MAY have arrested cognitive decline in Mom …. We have seen that our Mother is not getting worse but can’t be sure it’s this supplement. Gonna keep using it though….even if it is a coincidence… it’s worth the chance!! It’s not cheap!!! But Mom recognizing us is worth it!!!!

My opinion is that the product may well be producing positive results in my wife who suffers from memory loss. It is too early to tell, though, and it will take a couple of months to make an accurate claim of benefit.
I have two packages that are not opened and cannot find a way to return them. Did not help my husband one bit –

For me, this was worth it. I take one per day, and almost immediately I noticed that my dreams were more creative and vivid. After a couple of weeks I noticed that my memory was slightly better, with far fewer incidents of “why did I walk into this room?” or “what website was I going to visit?”. I’m nearly done with my fourth box.
I have stopped taking it for a couple of months, and in the last couple of weeks I’ve been a little less quick, mentally, and my memory has declined slightly. Most noticeable was that I’m having a harder time switching contexts at work when I stop one thing to handle an emergency and then return to the original task. I hadn’t noticed improvement there, but looking back it’s clear there was some.
I’m going to resume taking this, and for a while will try two per day instead of one. Expensive, but what isn’t these days? I consider it more expensive to suffer any cognitive decline. Remember, everyone has different body chemistry and reacts a bit differently; if you’re curious and can afford it I would suggest getting one box and trying one per day for a couple of weeks. If you notice a positive difference, try the recommended two per day and after a couple of weeks of that you should know if it’s helping or not, and whether it’s worth the price.
Edit (2023-12-06): taking two a day doesn’t seem to have made any difference compared to one a day. For reference, I’m 56. If you’re older taking two a day supposedly should make more of an impact compared to one a day.

I spent a lot of time researching Plasmalogen, the active ingredient in this supplement as I had to make sure that for its price it was going to be of some benefit. I had become increasingly concerned in my mother’s declining cognition and short term memory. None of which are surprising considering her age (89) history of multiple strokes and diagnosis of 75% vascular dementia along with diabetic neuropathy. The biochemical pathways involved in the maintenance of brain health, neurons and synaptic transmissions are complex and multifaceted so its difficult to know if one ingredient on its own will have a measurable outcome. Bearing this in mind I added vegan DHA to the supplement regimen (because the brain is 60% fat) along with vitamin C for its antioxidant benefits. After the first box of capsules there was a noticeable improvement in my mum’s memory (the carer’s even commented on it) 3 boxes later and taking 1 capsule a day and my Mum has learned how to play the word game where you are given 1 letter and have 6 goes at trying to guess a five letter word. (She plays it on her android tablet) She also reminds me about things she’s asked me to do that I’ve forgotten and she can recall at length something she’s read in the newspaper or watched on the television. Mum herself has noticed that her memory has improved and asked for the capsules to be put on subscription as she wants to keep taking them! It’s a shame that the cost of these capsules has increased by £10. My only hope is that the prices doesn’t get any higher and that they will always be in stock. This supplement may not help everyone experiencing memory or cognitive issues but it has certainly helped my Mum. I hope they will continue to be of benefit as it’s great that she’s getting back to her old self.

I bought two packs of these and ship them to my grandparents, one of which has early stage alzheimers. After about a month my parents report that my grandfather has renewed strength in his legs and my grandmother is able to hold conversations better. I know this product is a little pricey but if you can afford it, this is a good purchase for the elderly in your life. They of course has the added benefit of making them feel loved and cared for, a feeling that is important in any elder’s life. Bite the bullet and buy one each month! Totally worth the high price tag.

I ordered this product for my mom who has been suffering from some memory loss for a few years. Her doctors keep telling us that she is still functioning at a high level and they do not think medication would be helpful at this point. However I started to notice more and more she was having problems remembering simple task and she was having trouble finding the right words when we talked. So when I found this product and saw the kind of results they were getting I figured it couldn’t hurt to try it.
I placed my order and received it the next day. Mom has only used this product for three days and already we are seeing improvement. On the second day of taking Neuroregain she was able to plan dinner and was was able to prepare it in a reasonable amount of time something she struggles with daily. She also has noticed that she has more energy and that the foggy brain feeling she has is getting less. I also noticed that she is having less trouble finding the words to use when we talk.
Neuroregain is a bit pricey but after three days we are seeing improvement so to me its worth the cost.
