I’ll start off by saying that this isn’t a miracle supplement, so don’t expect to just take it and everything be “normal”. I have a really scattered thought process, and with more responsibilities, it made it hard to remember certain things. I have noticed a rather big difference when taking this, but I did not take it alone. I changed my diet to more whole, anti-inflammatory foods and cut out a substantial amount of added sugars. I work out a little harder to increase blood flow and focus on being more organized. This supplement has helped when it comes to supporting all of those efforts, so I will keep taking it.

I cannot speak to how effective this would be for neurotypical persons, so please try it for yourselves. However, as a focusing stimulant medication alternative for ADHD this supplement did not provide a noticeable boost. I did experience the crashing symptoms similar to those I get from a small cup of caffeinated coffee, however, without the benefit of the beneficial effect of clearing up my morning brain fog or scatteredness that my lowest dose stimulant medication provides. I did not switch from a stimulant to this product but tried this first hoping to use something more natural and that might not produce the diuretic effects that even a small cup of decaffeinated coffee has on my system.
I use many Garden of Life supplements and strongly support the integrity and quality of their products; this one just didn’t produce the results required for my particular neurobiological needs, and to be perfectly fair, to my knowledge this company has never marketed this product for use in alleviating symptoms related to neurological disorders. Thank you Garden of Life for maintaining the high standards that distinguish your products from other brands that are cutting corners.

I started using this for my son who has ADD. This worked great to focus and get his work done without the side effects of stimulants or mindlessness of antidepressants. I started taking it when I was having trouble focusing when I went back to school as well. Great product!

I have a teen take this right now. The pills are a little large. She says they have a weird taste but not bad that she will not take as she has to cut in half. Quality is great no DHA as she can’t take and most products for memory or focus have it in it. Effectiveness: I can see her more focus and mild clarity when she taken it. I would continue to buy it for her.
