I had to wait about 12 hours after taking this, but the discomfort is finally over. I woke up the next day, and I was like a volcano. Just don’t wander too far away from the bathroom after you go because you will run back several times.

I took this on a Friday at about 2PM thinking by night time I’d be cleansed as I was backed up. Didn’t hit until the next morning, but it lasted throughout the next day any time I ate something. I did take 2 and did have some stomach pain when I woke up. If I take again it will be before bed when I have nothing to do the next day. However, feel way better and less bloated. Just grateful didn’t attempt on a work day.
