I was so glad when I found these, as the others I have tried are hard and you only get 1-3 in a package. I LOVE these. I would say the only down side is you can feel them when you wear them and if that is something you are sensitive to, you might not like them. I got a size up from what I thought I would be to help open my nose more. I sleep amazing now and can even tell a difference throughout the day after wearing them at night. I would reccomend at least giving them a try.

Nice sample pack, but these seem to be too long or we have weird shaped nostrils. I’m sure they work for someone out there. They appear to be good quality and came quickly and we’re well packaged, just not the right device for us.

Ok nose dilators are not comfortable or sexy, but these are the softest ones I’ve found. They’re silicone and not hard plastic like some. Most of them are WAY WAY WAY too big, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a person who could wear the large ones, maybe a horse. For years, I thought it was my sinuses, but it just turns out some peoples noses are kind of shaped wrong and collapse shut. These really do work to improve breathing.

These nasal dilators work great! They appear to be real silicone as they pass the pinch and twist test to see if they turn white, which would indicate fillers used in them. I use these for exercising and sleeping. They work great for both! They can come out a little at times, but I just push them back in. The little nubs on the edge are supposed to point forwards and fit into the end of your nose to help hold them in place. You will want probably a size larger than you think. I don’t have that large of a nose, but I ended up with a medium. I tried a small and it was just too small. I thought the medium was too big, but it was just right, really helps me breathe. My septum is crooked, and I’m working on tongue posture to fix that. Tongue posture affects your face structure, and improper tongue posture creates sleep apnea over time as it narrows your breathing room behind your sinuses essentially. Your tongue should be stored in the roof of your mouth, touching all along the roof of your mouth. This pressure helps expand your dental arch, creating room for all your teeth without crowding, and pushing your front of your face forward slightly which creates room for breathing. There are dentists now who use devices to fix this, such as the Myobrace and Vivos. Mewing is a popular thing on YouTube which got its name from Dr. Mew who has brought attention to proper tongue posture. I used to keep my tongue in the bottom of my mouth and only corrected it in the last couple months. However, there is much more room in the roof of my mouth than when I started already, and it feels natural to have my tongue up there, whereas when I started it felt totally weird and cramped. Your bone is constantly remodeling, it is not static, so these changes are definitely possible. I’m hopeful someday I won’t even need these nasal dilators. One more thing, it is important to breathe through your nose because you get nitric oxide that way. Any time you can breathe through your nose, you should breathe through your nose. Sleeping and exercising especially. Keeping your mouth closed while sleeping can be tough though. I have to switch to a thinner pillow to accomplish this. Some people use mouth tape or a chin strap, I tried both but they interrupted my sleep a lot, so I went the less pillow route. I wake up much more refreshed when I keep my mouth shut at night, when before I used to wake up feeling like I got hit by a truck! Good luck!!

I have to use a mouth guard at night because of stress-related bruxism, and snore as a result. It reduces the quality of my sleep and is also disruptive for my partner, so I’ve tried three different nasal dilators (all of which I’ve ordered from Amazon) in the past month to try to solve the problem: the Mute, the Mobi Lock, and the AirMax. I don’t have sleep apnea, though (the snoring disappears when I don’t have the mouth guard in), so my needs may be a little different than some other snorers.
The Mute is a hard polymer that’s very effective at dilating nostrils and has the greatest impact on snoring reduction but, for me, was really painful after a couple of days of use; it rubbed the inside of my nose raw. The Mobi is very soft silicone tubes that are more comfortable for use, but much less effective at dilating nostrils (and very bulky, so actually introduces more obstruction); in the end, it barely had an impact on my snoring, and sometimes I felt like I was choking with the silicone tubes collapsed. The AirMax is a firm silicone that’s still reasonably comfortable for use, but still effective at dilating nostrils and reducing snoring, plus it’s not too bulky.
Overall, I’d tend to recommend the AirMax. It’s marginally less effective at reducing snoring than the Mute, but I couldn’t tolerate the Mute for more than a day or two a week, so in the end, it wasn’t useful for me. The AirMax gets the job done for me, and it’s comfortable enough to use every night.

If I buy these again, I’m going to go one size down. The XL’s are a little big, but I’m still able to fit them into my nostrils. These are sturdy but soft. Also, prior to this, I had the cage-style ones? These are definitely a little more firm, which is what I was looking for.

This was kind of a bummer for me… I thought the silicone set included in this box was pretty comfortable and did the job of helping me breathe through my nose at night but the problem is that it just doesn’t stay in my nose! I keep waking up with it in the bed or on the floor. I tried the different sizes included in the box but the same thing happens.
The plastic nose pieces in this set were an immediate no for me- not comfortable at all as I am a side and stomach sleeper.

I have been using these for 5+ years. I literally can’t sleep without them. If I do, I wake up with a try mouth and my throat usually hurts. These are the only things that have helped me sleep through the night. Before these I used the breathe right strips. Those always left a mark on my nose and sometimes even hurt. I always felt like they stretched my nose as well. these plugs are easy to use. Easy to clean, and get the job done. I like that this pack comes in a variety of different sizes. I have found that all work for my nose so I don’t prefer over the other. I highly recommend!!!
